2026 YARD SALE REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Members, neighbors, and friends - we heard your requests! We’re excited to announce that NCNA’s Annual Yard Sale will once again be a two-day event! Join us on Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hosts can sign up to participate on one day or both days. We’re looking forward to another fantastic weekend in North Center, featuring 100+ sales with a wide variety of great finds!
NORTH CENTER BOUNDARIES: You may register as a yard sale host if you are within the following boundaries: Addison (south), the Chicago River (west), Montrose (north), and Ravenswood (east). All participating sales must be hosted within these limits. If you live outside the neighborhood, consider teaming up with a friend who lives within the boundaries!
WHAT TO SELL: You can sell items and/or offer free items to give away or donate. Have more items than space? Partner with a neighbor! Only the address listed on the map needs to register. No yard? No problem. You may host your sale in a garage, alley, or other private space (not on a public sidewalk). Please indicate your setup when registering.
FEE: Participation is free for NCNA members and $30 for non-members. If you’re not yet a member but live within the neighborhood boundaries, we encourage you to
join NCNA first. Membership includes access to year-round events and programs - and allows you to participate in the yard sale at no cost!
BLOCK CHALLENGE: The best way to attract buyers is to have multiple sales on the same block - so start rallying your neighbors now! The block with the most participating homes will win a pizza lunch on Saturday of the Yard Sale. Last year’s winner was the 1800 block of W. Cuyler, with over 15 homes participating. Who will take the title this year?
We will coordinate with the Alderman's office to obtain the necessary permits. However, you must register by the deadline of May 22nd to be included on our map and for us to handle the permits.
Please feel free to reach out to us at info@ncnaneighbors.org with any questions.
Happy spring cleaning!
