WHY YOUR DONATION MATTERS

Make a difference in North Center by donating to NCNA. Your contribution helps support local initiatives, events and community projects!

Gifts like yours help NCNA to continue efforts to provide information and opportunities to the residents of this vibrant Chicago community.

NCNA is a volunteer run organization, so 100% of your gift will be used by NCNA to support our goals of providing relevant information to the residents of North Center, working with local officials to maintain the safety and beauty of our community, encouraging green development and environmental practices, facilitating community conversation and promoting North Center as a great place to grow a family or business.

Chicago’s neighborhoods are the core of the city. By providing the residents with information about what is going on in the neighborhood will provide greater opportunities to become more involved through volunteer and service programs in the community. It also a great way to work together to keep our city strong and vibrant.

Thanks again for your support.

every dollar helps us accomplish our mission

NCNA events can involve lots of moving pieces, all of which benefit from your support. Our HJHM typically includes 20+ vendors and over 1,000 attendees. Our Garden Walk event has had 50+ home gardens and over 500 attendees. Similarly, our North Center Yard Sale has included 100+ registered yards/parkways. Our committees also work hard and need your help! We've assisted Common Pantry in donating over 5,000 pounds of food, serving over 7,000 households and have connected many migrant families with self-care essentials and clothing. Additionally, we've helped to divert 9+ tons of waste through Sustainability Markets and Reduce Waste Chicago efforts and have treated over 126 North Center Ash Trees through the Save Your Ash Campaign.
